Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) allows the person to travel in or out of Canada on a temporary basis. Ie. Visitor visa, Parents Grand Parents super visa, temporary business visa
Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) is a special Permit, harder to obtain, must need the approval of the Minister of Immigration and Citizenship or its delegates under exceptional circumstances or a CBSA officer at POE.
