What Is Express Entry & Who Can Apply...
Express Entry as per Canada Immigration is an online management system to manage the pool of candidates who want to emigrate to Canada on a fast track basis. The EE system only deals with three categories of candidate profiles:
They are Federal Skilled Worker (FTW), Federal Skilled Trade (FTC), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Each of the three categories have its own criteria and requirements depending which options you choose at the time of filing your EE profiles to submit to Immigration Refugees Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
It is important that you understand each option clearly and which one applies to your current situations and qualifications. Filing out an EE profiles does not Guarantee you an Invitation To Apply (ITA) issued by IRCC on dates chosen by IRCC.
ITA is issued to candidates based on your scores (selection scores) and rank in the EE pool using Comprehensive Ranking Score.
Federal Skill Trade(FST)
Federal Skill Trade is an option in the EE system which facilitates candidates who possess certain qualifications.
The minimum requirements are pass the Language proficiency test, skill trade experiences, Education, obtain a Trade Qualification Certificate, sufficient funds to support yourself and family and Admissibility to Canada
Federal Skill Worker(FSW)
Federal Skill Worker is the 2nd options in the EE system which allows skill professional which falls under the NOC Skill Type “0” and Skill Level “ A” Or “B”.

Canadian Experience Class(CEC)
Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is the 3rd options in the EE management systems in applying for Permanent Resident to Canada.
Assessment requirements are based on Language proficiency tests, Canadian Experiences (12 months within three years before the date you submit EE profiles).
Education is not a factor, but if you have higher degrees you score more points in the CRS system and you have to be Admissible to Canada.
