A Message From The President...
Hello Prospective new immigrants to Canada. If you are considering migrating to Canada in 2020 or in the near future, you come to the right place. My name is Yung Li and I am the President of 456 Immigration Consulting Inc. We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
As a RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant), our mission is to provide future prospective new immigrants to Canada with sound, reliable and accurate advice based on current IRPA and IRPR Canada Immigration laws and regulations.
You might think that Canada Immigration on the surface seems to be easy, or you might even think that a child can fill out the forms and submit them on your behalf.
However, Canada immigration regulations and laws are dynamic and they are constantly changing. Immigration laws are influenced by political decisions and they evolve based on decisions, proposed regulations by parliament and rules change by the government of the day.
Therefore, they can be sometimes be complex and subject to interpretations by immigration officers and IRCC.
I recommend that you talk to us first about your goals, qualifications, your current situations in your country of residence.

A Brief History
Welcome to 456 Immigration Consulting. I am glad you are at this page. For whatever the reason(s) you found us in your search for immigration to Canada. I was a new immigrant to Canada twenty seven years ago. When I first landed, I was at Trudeau International Airport in Montreal, Quebec.
One month later I moved to Toronto, Ontario to find work. If anyone can recall, 1993 was not a good year to find work in the city. There was recession and nobody was hiring. Still I made up my mind and moved forward each day with renew optimism and determination that one day I will find employment in Canada’s most cosmopolitan city.
Fast forward today 2020, many new immigrants to Canada will also take on the same path, in times of uncertainty, and in the middle of a Pandemic, to leave everything behind them, move to Canada, alone or with their family to seek a better life.
There will be times of second guessing yourself maybe you made a big mistake to move here, there also are moments that you are glad you made that leap of faith to come and start a new life. Starting over is not easy, but with hard work, determination, and a little bit of luck, you will succeed.
